2. Products & Custom Orders

We offer ready-made and custom-designed t-shirts, jerseys, and related wedding apparel. When placing a custom order:

• You are responsible for submitting accurate personalization details (names, numbers, colors, etc.).

• Custom color requests will be created based on the information you provide.

• We will send a custom order link for you to review and approve before purchasing.

• Because custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
We accept payments through secure third-party processors (Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or Printify manufacturing partners). We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on location, order volume, and Printify’s production partners.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or production issues are outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Because most items are custom-made, all sales are final unless:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product is incorrect (wrong size, wrong customization, or wrong item)

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with Printify using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colors, images, and details are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Monitor/screen settings

• Printing methods

• Manufacturer differences

We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as shown.

All designs, product images, logos, graphics, website content, and custom artwork on BaseballWedding.com are the intellectual property of BaseballWedding.com and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or distributed without written permission.

You may not use our branding or designs for commercial purposes without prior approval.

• Delays caused by production or shipping partners

• Issues arising from incorrect information submitted during checkout

• Loss or damage during transit once the carrier has accepted the package

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
